They over charge like crazy. When you try to give them insurance information that will effect your bill, they don't bill your insurance in a timely manner. The staff is young and seemingly inexperienced. It took me so long to straighten out issues with my insurance that I ended up paying for a test (that I didn't even ask for and don't remember consenting to) out of pocket. This place is a sham. If you are a professional driver stay far away from here. I'll never go back.

10 out of 10… the Dr that was there was amazing and she took her time. She was engaging and she made it feel comfortable to go to a clinic during these trying times.

We arrived at 8:45 for a 9:00am appointment. After checking in, I received a text asking us to wait in the car and use a link to watch wait times. The wait time (7 minutes) never updated (though I hit refresh multiple times) and at 9:30 we went inside to discovere they paged for us overhead inside the store. Mind you, there are no waiting chairs within the store. When we didn't answer they took the next patient, giving us another 40 minutes of wait time. My very sick daughter didn't deserve this kind of wait or care. Please get your system better organized.

Without insurance, it depends on what you need to be seen about. If it's something like you've got the flu or any normal sickness, it's 85 without insurance. But with insurance, you'll pay whatever is on your providers card for the copay.
