I didn’t get the service I wanted. It was a bit rushed and I still have hair everywhere. This is not real sugaring or a full service. I will now have ingrown and uneven growth. Very sweet people but $100 for bad rushed service kinda sucks.

Been going here for years. I typically get threading and a sugaring/Brazilian. The spa is really clean (no double dipping) and the service is always excellent.

Always pleased with the services but wait times are too long for eyebrows and other threading services - I end up waiting 30 minutes or more each time I go. Most other places have an online reservation system, especially after COVID. They should try something similar or hire more people.
