Check-in was easy. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. This hotel gets it….they had at least 6 USB ports in the room!! The breakfast was better than expected. Everyday from 5-7 is happy hour and you receive 3 free drinks. I didn’t try the dinner so not sure about that. The work out room was small but did the job. I didn’t try the jacuzzi or pool because every time I’d try, it was full of kids. All good, kids gotta have their fun as well. Overall, this was a great stay. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a hotel while traveling through Knoxville.

I stayed at this hotel from January-April and the whole staff is amazing. They’re all very friendly and accommodating. Indoor/outdoor pool/ hot tub , free drinks and dinner and breakfast and a laundry room were some of the amenities for guests. Housekeeping was great, maintenance men were both nice and friendly. When the staff isn’t helping customers, they are cleaning the whole place thoroughly, including the elevators! Anyways, great price and location and especially staff

I have been to to many hotels. I have been to even 5 star hotels.. This Drury Inn was exceptional and customer care was on point. The little surprise for my birthday daughter was enlightening. I recommend this Drury for anyone or any family wanting a wonderful experience.. Thank you so much Drury Inn Knoxville. Pleasant and attentive staff. Not one bad experience or encounter. Clean, good food, great pool, and etc.
