Breakfast is only included if you're an Honors member, and definitely no on pets.
Breakfast is not included unless you are a Hilton honors member and use your points. Otherwise its about $10 for the breakfast and its worth it. Nice selection and made to order omletes etc are available. I dont believe pets are allowed except working pets for disabled folk's
