Pay an extra 20 dollars and go somewhere else. I’ve traveled a lot in my life and have stayed in probably over 100 hotels. This one is definitely the worst one i’ve stayed in. The bathroom had mold all over, some parts of the carpet was sticky, and the staff wasn’t friendly either. Luckily I was only here for a nights sleep after driving 13 hours but as soon as i got there I wanted to leave immediately. Don’t stay here.

The bed and sheets seemed clean and were comfortable but the rest of the room and bathroom could have used cleaning and better upkeep. There were huge kid drawings on the wall and what looked like food stains on the walls. The bathroom mirror had red streaks of paint or something on it. It wasn't nicely decorated not that decoration is a big deal but it just didn't seem well taken care of. We didn't feel very safe. I did not sleep well. We left as early as we could in the morning.

The guy at the front desk is horrible. I had to stop in for car trouble on a Sunday and was planning on staying the night. After being in my room for less than an hour, I was able to contact AAA and set up a tow. I explained my situation to the guy at the front desk and he would not refund me the room. I was in it for about an hour total and didn't use any of the amenities. Absolutely careless staff

I’ve been a repeat customer for years. I love the Microtel. It’s in a safe and secure location and typically has the best price around the area for a budget hotel and is way more comfortable than most budget hotels. The staff have been there for years and are always kind and helpful. The beds have the coziest sheets and comfy mattress, great water pressure and heated water in the shower, plenty of storage, easy access to your room and surveillance throughout the facility. Conveniently located near shopping centers, movie theaters, and restaurants. easy/fast access to the interstate, free breakfast, vending machines and self-service laundry room with quarter machine available for guest use. Always a 5 star from me!
