I walked in and Chris immediately asked if I needed help finding something. Being clueless about boots, I told him I needed safety toe boots and had no idea what else to look for. He was extremely helpful, explaining the pros and cons of different materials and designs. I tried on 3 or 4 pairs and left the store in half an hour with super comfortable boots that cost $80 less than what I thought I wanted. This was honestly one of the most painless purchases I've ever made and I'm glad that my money went to a business that treats customers this well.

I buy my boots from boot world every year and I had just got a pair last November. They started falling apart so we wrote in to corporate and they responded in 5 minutes.
