I've been a customer of Orbit Self Storage for about a year now. The facility is very secure and always clean. Hector, the gentleman that works there is very responsive and goes above and beyond. This place deserves five stars hands down. Unfortunately, most people only go out of their way to talk about the negative(I know I'm guilty). Please remember to give praise to the people you do business.

Extremely rude gen manager called my wife a liar after we reported that our unit had termites. My great grandparents furniture from the 1930s is completely destroyed... gen manager didn't like the fact that we where Extremely upset and gave us 4 days to take our things else where... don't waist your time customer service means nothing to orbit your just another dollar sign to these people
