The workers were very nice. They stayed busy but would check from time to time to make sure you found everything okay. We haven't been to Marshalls since before Christmas and it was hectic then, but the spring and summer lineup is awesome. One of our favorite places to get everything. And the prices were better than Walmart, that says alot in itself. Thank you Marshalls and sales team for a great easy to shop evening

I would've went with a 5 however not only were customers extremely rude, but staff were constantly on top of us either watching for theft (and we were made to feel that way) or just lingering around. The girls at checkout were overwhelmed but doing their best. The stores prices were great but they have raised most ALL of their prices in order to make the lower price seem lower. I bought 3 items and it was over 70$.... not the Marshall's I remember

True, whatever comes in their shipment is what they get. It may or maynot include the chi.

They do but it may be only certain times of the year like Xmas
Customer service can locate items in other stores unless clearance items. If ordered the price you order it at would be the price ur wouldn't go up but store prices may be lower due to a sale.
