I love the big rooms. The hardwood floors are so nice. So much cleaner. Plus it's right in the middle of 3-4 gas stations and a few restaurants. All within walking distance.

We booked thru Booking.com. Check in was fast and easy. There was a $100 refundable deposit require at check in, that was not mentioned on the app we used. Our room over looked the pool. The room was clean and stocked. The pool and area around the pool was clean. The water pressure was good and hot. Parking lot was well lit. Check out was very simple and easy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We have stayed here several times and have always given this Red Roof Inn a 5 star review. Not this time! We had no working TV and the power was off from 6pm to 11:30pm. We did not complain but now they are refusing to refund our $100 room deposit. Having to deal with the CC company and open a case. STAY AWAY!!!!

We arrived at 11 30pm. The women on front desk meet me with a displeased look. I said that I have a room reservation. She interrupted me rudely: I'm not asking you about it, give me yours ID. When i came into the room I saw flooded floor and dirty sheet. I went to the front desk. There was already was another women. I asked to change room. She said they don't ha e extra room and she will fix this problem. She came to the room, started wipe floor and take off the sheet. When she left I recognized that she took the dirty sheet but didn't place new clean. We came again downstairs and asked clean sheet. She just gave us one. We came back to the room and started making our bed. Self service. The floor again was flooded because the refrigerator was broken. But we wanted sleep. It was already 00.30. The breakfast very poor. Just coffee, juice, cereal and cupcakes. I will not buy Red Roof again. Very disappointed.
