Great place to park for a quick trail run. 2 mile loop that links up with another mile loop. Good variance in terrain. Long flats along the river with small hills on the off river portion. No facilities at this parking location.

Maybe space for 10 cars max on the trail side. On the side with houses you could fit many more but it is unclear if that is allowed.

Yes. Easy access to river limited.
There are campsites along parts of the trail. You just have to check in with the rangers to use them.
