They always have you waiting for 20- 30 minutes for cold food

If I could give zero stars, I would. At first, they couldn't find our mobile order even though they had us pull through the drive thru. Then they had us park and wait. It was over 20 mins and we'd heard nothing, so my husband went to check on the order. They said they had made the food, but none of the drinks we ordered were available. They threw out the food and were going to start over since it was cold. My husband asked if we could just cancel the order, but they said we'd have to on the app. According to the app, the order went through and we had no option to cancel. They should have told us to begin with they didn't have everything we ordered available. We could have cancelled then and there and saved a ton of time. Because they proceeded to make the order, it charged me and we waited and waited for nothing. My husband waited for someone to help him get a refund, but they ignored him. They just said he'd have to call and offered no help. Why can they not just refund the money? My husband was very irritated by this point and they said "oh look he's going to go in his car and cry.". How completely unprofessional. They even threatened to call the police, but for what? He wasn't cussing or threatening or anything. He just wanted to be helped. He had every right to be angry. We will never ever go back. They should be shut down!

Honestly it doesn’t matter at this location. When I’m in the drive thru at 6:45 am and they are scheduled to open at 5:00 am but there are still not enough employees that came to work for the restaurant to even open !! The so called schedule is null and void. You will never know. You’re just going to have to decide is it worth the risk to drive over there and possibly waste your time and look ridiculous yelling in the box asking if anyone can take your order ??

It's normally not that bad. I don't eat McDonald' that much anymore but when I do . I do like going to that one. Maybe they was short on staff or something.
Personal is the most important part any company's operation. !!! I think. If the company don't train u for your roll it will show
