Would you send an airport shuttle according to our time of arrival or is it by the hour

For my arrival they were sending the shuttle every 20 minutes. The hotel is very close. Best to call when you arrive to confirm shuttle service. Alternatively, if you don't have too many bags, study the airport map, take the airport tram and it will place you right in front of the hotel. Very short walking distance.

Our flight was cancelled and the hotel sent a bus right away.
