Positive: Very quite. Staff was very helpful. Really like the fact that the pool stayed open till 11pm. Negative: They should put soda and snack machines on every floor because ethe little store they have in lobby is very very expensive.

I was riding across country and needed a place to spend the night. I saw the hotel from the freeway and made my way through some tortuous streets and road closures to get there. So glad I did!! Enrique at the front desk was a prince. I was very hot and tired - having ridden 700 miles that day - and he provided me with a great room where I could look out and see my bike. (very important). The bed was comfortable and the shower divine. I had a tasty bourbon and took it outside into the courtyard. So pleasant and very quiet considering it's right next to I-17. I heartily recommend this fine hotel.

Decent, clean hotel with a nice pool and courtyard. Had a ping pong table for guests to use. View from hotel was not good, but was in a good location to Spring Training ball parks and other things.

Positive: Close to the location of my conference. Negative: AC unit sounded like a garbage disposal that was constantly changing pitch. It was unusable and needed because of the traffic noise. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
