Positive: The price for the cleanliness and quality of rooms, free breakfast, wi-fi, parking, and easily freeway accessible. Negative: Our vehicle was broken into while on property and there weren't any camera's, obvious warning sidns, or security to help protect our/guest's property. The staff was friendly until they were advised of the theft and when we complained we were insulted!!

Not their greatest work. Decent location, however the place looks like it's in early stages of being run down. We noticed some quirks about our room: no deadbolt, bathroom toilet extremely close to bathroom door, no coffee table in room where it clearly is laid out for it and the pictures online don't match what is advertised. Friendly and attentive staff though. Not bad, but not great either.

We have stayed at several Hyatt Place properties as we like the style & quality. Our room was like the others...large, clean, comfortable. No issues there. We used to really appreciate the hot breakfast they provided. Maybe those days are gone? Microwave burritos are no substitute.

Check in and out was super easy. My room was very clean with a comfortable bed. And Trey at the front desk was awesome! I would and already have recommended this location. Even housekeeping was super nice. Thank you all. A cheerful attitude makes a big difference in this chaotic world. And I appreciate you all.🤗
