This hotel was great. I needed a 24hour shuttle to the airport and they provided it. I did have to pay $10/day to park my car but it was worth it for the convenience. The ladies at the Starbucks were super sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here 2 nights for personal vacation because my husband was working nearby and our house is farther out. First of all, the front desk staff were amazing from start to finish. Got checked in early and got a room close to the lobby. Rooms are smaller in comparison to other hotels, but it was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 3. Room and bathroom were very clean. Had a mini fridge and table to pull out to eat on. Pool and hot tub were also clean so we enjoyed our time out there too. Rate was also very reasonable. A lot of places to eat and shopping nearby.

Rooms need updating. We prepaid for a king because my girlfriend is pregnant. When we got there they only gave us 2 doubles that sank in the middle after PAYING for a king. The manager gave us $20 off our stay. Not per night for the mix up not anything else TWENTY DOLLARS to have a pregnant lady uncomfortable for 4 of our 7 nights. So uncomfortable we actually ended up in the ER. On our 5th night. Because we aren’t members (we were thinking about joining) we felt the staff didn’t care. The only helpful members were, the two Philippino ladies in the bistro, the gentleman at the front with a black shirt. The room when we finally got a King had a broken door, that they put some wood glue on one splinter and called it good. It was literally broken apart. To top it off, housekeeping came in when we put the sign up not to and moved $3000 worth of cash (we are looking for housing here) so it took me 3 hours to find it. When I told the front they seemed to not care. Awful experience and I even convinced my girlfriend we should try Marriott even though she’s a Hilton members. Marriott has gone down hill

Staff was amazing, but there was no food or room service available, which is the main reason I booked this hotel. They did open for some minor stuff the day before we were leaving. But was traveling with a friend on crutches, so wanted food available at the hotel. The rooms are ok, sound so did not hear noise from the next room. But not many amenities like microwave, which would have helped with the lack of food options. They have a couple firepits on the grounds, which are amazing and the pool area is nice. But there is nothing around the hotel in the way of bars or restaurants. Just business complexes. Not the best Marriott I have stayed at.
