Rooms were great . Service and Front desk were great. This place is perfectly placed in the downtown. The only thing , I was disappointed was with lack of drinking water and good internet. The place is highly recommended otherwise

This hotel is shared by Courtyard and residence inn, both by Marriott; but the former without free breakfast. The hotel has a night club at 4th floor. The front desk refused to give late checkout for Gold Members because there would 2/3 rooms checking out that day, not due to availability issues.

This hotel served its purpose. Not anything to write home about. Location to the Footprint Center was great. Bed was comfortable,, room was clean. However, the mandatory valet price is very steep. If there actually was a self parking option, I could understand the high cost of valet, but there isn't, so I feel like the valet price is way to high for it being mandatory.

It was a three day two night stay and was absolutely wonderful. Miguel at the front desk was amazing. Night staff a little hostile but you’d expect it with the amount of people that were in their lobby after a concert. Little Rituals had amazing food and beverages. The pool was a perfect temperature. Extremely close to everything happening downtown. Everything was basically perfect. I would stay again and again and again.
