Poor customer service!! Didn’t give information about hidden fees, staff at the front desk where very rude and unprofessional and racist, they heard us talking Spanish and they’re demenor completely change, we paid for two queen beds and they gave us two full beds instead. The pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was in bad conditions. Do not recommend at all.

The front check in staff was super friendly the men more so than the women but the women were still friendly enough. The hotel was super nice and extremely clean including the rooms. I will most definitely be staying there in the future.

This is an amazing hotel. We had an issue with our toilet. They immediately helped us move to a new room. We thought our cat got out and they searched the hotel and found her with us. They are amazing! We will stay here again for sure.

Our room was very nice and clean! There was a mixup with our reservation and the staff immediately had everything taken care of and were super accommodating during our stay! Mr. Joe Ramirez is a phenomenal manager! Would definitely stay there again!
