Rated as a 3 star hotel but more like a 1 star if it wasn’t for the breakfast place. House keeping services were completely trash even though a detailed request was sent over. Have you ever had a hotel hand you sheets & say you can change them yourself after almost a week long stay? How about having to ask for toilet paper multiple times? Just go stay at a motel it’s probably the same.

We held our daughters Grad party on their rooftop bar/lounge. Their staff was excellent. Special shout out to Steve their catering manager for his flexibility, communications and patience. I would be remiss if I did not mention Vaughn and Stacy our servers for the event. They were friendly, efficient, and accommodating. They kept the food flowing, the supplies stacked and the tables clean. I highly recommend this place for events. The hotel staff, including Alicia was especially attentive to our needs. Thanks for your help….

Room was super clean, hip, and comfortable! The beds were really comfy, and the room furnishings were cool. Bathroom came with pretty decent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I loved the style of the hotel a lot. The parking situation is pretty bad, like the other reviews have said. If you get lucky, you can circle the area and find some free street parking. On Fridays and weekend nights, it can be pretty bad though, since there are a lot of cool hangout places around the area (a pro or a con, depending on your tastes). There’s the $10/day church lot, but it’s pretty small. Also, the pool isn’t open, which is really sad! Hotel is in a lively, hip area. Could be noisy to some.

I have such a problem with paying for a decent hotel and they don't have parking!! I think that's terrible. There is a church that has paid parking behind the hotel but when we drove by it we thought it was just church parking. I called to find out where they suggested we park and he mentioned we could park there, so it that was fine I guess. The room was nice and clean with a great workspace. I know this is a trend, but BARN DOORS DO NOT BELONG ON HOTEL BATHROOMS!!! I do not need the person I'm traveling with to hear E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G I'm doing in the bathroom...and vice versa!! Luckily I was traveling with my best friend but we still don't want that!! Otherwise it was great. Lobby is beautiful.
