This place is a joke! The only decent thing about this place was the room was clean. As for the rest of my 2 day stay i have nothing nice to say. At about 2am I hear a ruckus outside my door, I look out and see the phoenix swat team kicking the door in 4 doors down from me! This lasted about an hour or so. A few hours pass and I go to the office to see if I can maybe relocate due to the fact that there are about 8to10 junkies checking out the crime scene. The lady at the front desk tells me that I owe her money for last night, and if I don't pay her she is calling the police. Apparently quality inn was sold to extended stay and the took over at midnight. Well apparently quality inn said they refunded everyone their money. Well if they did I'm still waiting for mine. So she insists that I pay her for last night. Well I refused to pay double on a room thats shower doesn't work that well and is missing the security lock, which it really needs and a front desk who's trying to con me out of $75. If I could give it 0 stars I would but it won't let you. ☆0!

I am a reward member. However, this hotel was the worst experience I've had. When I called to book my room the clerk couldn't spell my name right even after giving it to her 4 times. I re called since I didn't receive my email verification and the second clerk spelled it correctly, she said it would be fixed in the system. The day of my arrival the front desk took one hr to check me in, just to find out my room card wasn't activated. We couldn't cancel because there were no refunds so we still decided to keep the rooms. We drove 3 hours to get there and were just looking forward to resting. When we arrived, there were so many people walking around in n out of the hotel, we did not feel safe at all. There was even a car speeding in the parking lot that almost hit our car as we were parking. We just wanted to get to our room as fast as possible to be able to rest. Once we got it, there was hair all over the restroom, as if it was never cleaned. Everything was dirty, I could even see fingerprints in the mirrors. The next morning all they had for breakfast was ONLY juice. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Do not stay here at all!! Room: 3 Service: 1 Location: 1

This was the worst experience I've had staying at an hotel. Starting from being charged twice for our rooms, we called spoke to a very rude manager that was no help. We couldn't cancel because there were no refunds so we still decided to keep the rooms. We drove 5 hours to get there and were just looking forward to resting. When we arrived at 1am, there were so many people walking around outside as if it was the middle of the day. We did not feel safe at all. There was even a car speeding in the parking lot that almost hit our car as we were parking. Check in was quick and the lobby looked remodeled. As we were walking to our rooms, there were a lot of people just walking the hallways. There was 1 room we walked by that had a broken window. We just wanted to get to our room as fast as possible to be able to rest. Once we got it, there was a mess. Everything was dirty. There was half eaten food left there, all the trash cans were full. Used towels left on the floor. It seemed like someone had just left minutes before. We decide to not stay there and went to ask for a refund. The receptionist did not argue with us and agreed to refund us what we paid. We were unable to find another hotel in such a short notice and ended up sleeping in our car. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Do not stay here at all.

I'll start with you get what you pay for. I'll give 2 stars because the staff here were very helpful. The check in process was quick & easy. The young man at the desk was very polite, professional, and kind. Our room was missing a bunch of things and they fixed it right away. Now the bad. Our nonsmoking room smelled like a bar; they tried to cover it with cleaning products but the linen just reeks. The shower head leaked water everywhere and the tub didn't drain. In the evening the sketchy people were out...everywhere. I would not feel safe staying here alone.

Says 200 deposit per day for the security deposit, does that mean I will be paying 400 dollars for the 2 days I will be staying there? If so, that means my room is costing way more than I initially paid.
