If this is in regards to IHSS case hours, the client or their authorized representative can request a hearing. On the back of the client's Notice of Action, there is a section that can be completed to request a state hearing. There is also a phone number listed for the client to call if they prefer that method. If the client cannot locate their paperwork, they can reach out to their assigned social worker.
