I really dont think so. Ive been affiliated with them for approx 2 yrs, and from what I've experienced, they have only had hired and trained staff (via their own training programs) interacting with clients.
Yes, but the biggest probability is only if you reside there. Im told it does become a question of security and privacy for the other residents. Therefore, the staff just might opt to meet offsite and transport themselves.
