Yes they do! They helped me with mine. And Eloina ( the lady that's in charge of the process) is so sweet and helpfull.

No. Monday through Friday. And call first so you know if you need to bring anything with you.
June is 100% correct but let me tell you they can only pay one month of it, you'll need to take paper work with you like proof of disability, address, bank & I.D also 48 hour notice. I pray to God that they can help and in time cuz if shut off you'll have to pay in full😬😌. Try calling PG&E to get some kind of extra time(you've done it already I know) never hurts to try. Good luck
