Anybody knows what happens if you haven't received your W2 form and it was requested for a reprint and you still haven't got it what do we do next.

Duplicate W-2 forms were not accepted by the state until February 24, 2020. It takes several weeks for the request to be processed and the duplicate form mailed. It is too early for any duplicates to have been processed. You should receive the duplicate within the next couple of weeks.
