The "thank you healthcare heroes" rate in the website doesn't explain who qualify, neither what do you need to show at the check in time. Can someone tell me about it? Thank you

You need proper documents and Id too prove you do work that field but if you are healthcare worker thank you for your hard work in this dangerous time for y'all hopefully we can stomp out covid by end of this year it was so much better before that nasty virus and sad my friends mom and dad both died of it and didn't get to touch or see any loved ones due too them being quarantined that must be terrible to die lonely like most victims of covid 19

Good afternoon, We do have strict policies regarding this rate. The guest must present a hospital ID and matching driver's license upon check-in. Failure to present proper ID will result in the reservation being charged the regular Superbowl rate. If you have any questions about proper identification, please contact the hotel direct. We are trying to prevent a guest showing up expecting to get that rate only to find that they were not eligible.
