Suite was spacious, Angel was friendly and made checking in a breeze. Overall we enjoyed our stay but will not be returning. My entire family ended up sick, and I feel it was due to the baby roaches we kept seeing and the filthy air vents. The air vents are completely black like they haven’t been changed in years. My family and I were experiencing sneezing, muscle aches, runny nose, fatigue, etc Now that we’ve left, our symptoms are going away. I do not recommend for anyone who may experience sick building syndrome.

The only thing going for this hotel is the space in the loft suites. The staff were not friendly and were very forced to policies that didn’t help the customer like early check in or cancellation. We stayed for a wedding with a lot of rooms booked throughout the hotel. All of our rooms were not very clean and had bugs in them. We got back late the night of the wedding and there was no parking even though we had a parking pass, we had to park somewhere else and walk over to the hotel. The overnight front desk girl was so rude about this situation and offered no help, even went as far as yelling at the bride in her gown. The manager the next day was zero help, an apology was all we were looking for and she couldn’t even offer that. Definitely not worth the price. There are better hotels close by. Please believe the bad reviews, there is no way the good ones are legitimate.

Positive: The location was great. Negative: The carpet in the room was in terrible shape. Snagging in a couple different spots. Only 1 pan and a couple forks and spoons. Couldn't cook anything unless you used the low powered microwave. Seen 2 cockroach's. The location was great. Staff awesome!

You need proper documents and Id too prove you do work that field but if you are healthcare worker thank you for your hard work in this dangerous time for y'all hopefully we can stomp out covid by end of this year it was so much better before that nasty virus and sad my friends mom and dad both died of it and didn't get to touch or see any loved ones due too them being quarantined that must be terrible to die lonely like most victims of covid 19
At the time we were there they were serving bag breakfast but I was told hot breakfast was coming back all rooms have fridge stove kitchen
