Wonderful rooms, very clean and smell great. Traveling for work and was 1100 miles from home and my card gets shut down. Thankfully I had cash, but a lot of hotels still want a card. The gentleman at the desk worked with me and took a cash payment and deposit. If he had not of felt bad for me I would of probably had to find a hotel in a not so good part of town or worse sleep in my vehicle. He was a savior that day. If you are wanting a great room at a great price this is your place. Very wonderful area with tons to do and see.

vary strict rules, can't play music, no alcohol anywhere outside your room. Staff is rude and they wouldn't give us the wifi password. High price for low quality room. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Only good thing about it is its walking distance from the arena. I will not be staying here again.

I paid a relatively lower price than the average for places with a close proximity to Downtown Tampa. It's across the street from University of Tampa, which I think is a great place to explore. It's not too far away from airport. In terms of quality, I think I got what I paid for. My room came with a microwave, mini-fridge, desk and a chair, a drawer, closet. Unfortunately, I only have 1 wall outlet to use, if I didn't unplug any of the applicanes. Disappointing since most people today own at least one type of technology. Walls are pretty tin so noise can be heard if you're a light sleeper, like myself. The shower was interesting, much more old-school. They do provide toiletries, shampoo conditioner and soap. Besides, that there is a large amount of free space.

Judged this place by its look and was like, omg, but as other reviews say it's very decent in a good location and with fair prices. Was able to book short notice on a very busy weekend. We had a fine, clean room on the second floor, no problems. It was on the end near the street, and noticeably noisy inside if noisy outside. Definitely not the Inn's fault, because under normal circumstances sound levels were all right. Light sleepers should be wary however. Overall not a bad choice for a weekend trip when you just need a bed, a bathroom, and some TV watchin'.
