The only reason I gave a 4 star rating here is because I felt I should have been sent home with a wound care sheet (because I feel the wound cleaning might have changed some after the cauterization than before) as well as an information sheet regarding what it was the dermatologist thought my rash was. I didn't quite understand what she said and the word "biopsy" followed shortly so I was a little frazzled in the brain or I would have asked these questions or got those fact sheets myself. Then my wound wouldn't stop bleeding and they ended up having to cauterize my biopsy area so I just wanted to go home after that point! The staff was very friendly, I didn't have to wait long at all after my actual appt. time or once I was taken back to the exam room. The dermatologist was great, explained everything that was going to happen along the process and even explained the rash I have as having an actual cause, we just need to figure out what it is (mine popped up after the 2nd COVID vaccine shot) but I felt confident she knew her stuff when she said what it appeared to be, that is was CAUSED by something and then took a biopsy of one of the spots to be sure. Once I realized I was bleeding as badly as I was, they had me back in an exam room and taken care of promptly! I think I'm going to like this place!!

Just moved to the area and drove by so I booked a skin check. It's never fun to strip down in front of strangers but from booking the appointment with Cole and skin check with Angela and 'D' it was a professional and comfortable experience. You can tell the staff is a real team and I definitely feel like I got lucky and found a good provider. Highly recommend them.
