About 3 of 5 times, they don't pay attention to substitution requests or additions to items. However, they do acknowledge the requests, they just don't do it. If I order through the mobile app, they don't add peanut butter when I add it and pay extra for it. When I come in to the store, they've only gotten it correct twice so far. No Honey, add peanut butter. That's the only request. They say okay, and it's on the receipt as well, but they don't do it. Additionally, as I saw in another review, I also agree that often times when I come in, the employees give off a look that seems like I've interrupted their day. We've also been completely ignored until the workers were completely done with whatever they were working on. Not even a "we'll be with you in one moment," or anything at all. They get one star cause it's the closest location, and because the occasional times they do manage to listen, the bowls and smoothies are good.

Love Jamba and have ordered from this location for years! Today though, the gentleman arrives for work just before 10:30AM and began making smoothies for the dozen customers that were there waiting for their orders. He should’ve started his shift by washing his hands. I wasn’t bothered by the long wait, I understood that the one staff that was there alone was doing her best at taking care of the customers as fast as she could being alone. I was super disappointed at the health concern of him not taking 30seconds to wash his hands before handling food and drinks.
