Alphagraphics is by far the worst print shop in Gilbert. The employee Brandon treats clients just wrong. This is an edit to my review. The response from this business is a lie. we only talked to the owner and he gave us poor service and we didn't do business with him. We never spoke to another employee or spoke anything but nicely to anyone.

We used AlphaGraphics recently for wedding announcements. Dana was so helpful with everything, and patient with all the back and forth, and decision making, and waiting patiently for us to figure out addresses so we could print them on the envelopes. She even offered advice on the number of announcements, that I rejected, and wished later that I had listened to her. Decided to try someone else closer to home for graduation announcements, and it was no good, so I came back to the Gilbert AlphaGraphics office. They responded so quickly after requesting a quote online, and it was from Dana, so I knew I was in good hands. They are professional, helpful, and so fast, and the invitations are great quality. This will be my first stop for all of my printing needs.

I used to order labels from the Tempe store and had wonderful experiences. I moved to this side of town so I tried getting labels here and it was also a great experience.. until I moved to Idaho and ordered my usual order (costing around $37). I was told that shipping would be charged later when they shipped the order but not told that it would cost $28 to ship my envelope of labels. I order so few pages (hence the $37 cost) and I thought it was a mistake that they charged me that much for shipping. Sure enough when I emailed to ask, they said “unfortunately that’s how much ups charged to ship your labels”.. I’m wondering if they paid a bunch of extra fees or something and charged me for it… most companies wouldn’t just charge you on your card a price without telling you first, and confirming with you that you accept it. I paid almost 2x for the labels because of an extremely expensive shipping charge, and I recommend you don’t order things to be shipped from this company. Also if this was negligence from the employees and possibly a mistake made then it would make more sense. I ship product to Arizona clients all the time and the shipping price is always around $4-10.. I still don’t know how this happened.

The process of getting a quote was a hassle. It took over three hours for somebody to call me to ask what I needed. It then took another 20 minutes to get an email from them. In that time I managed to go to a competitor and get my order finished. And then when they called me the next day to see why I wasn’t using them I told them that their order process was very congested and the pricing wasn’t very good nor transparent. Is it too much to ask for pricing visibility. I like to support local businesses but this place makes it hard to give them money. Then to tell me well you can’t please everybody, it showed there are stuck in their ways.
