It was nice visiting a Church that was not a rock concert, no smoke and mirrors, just kind people with a warm welcome. The lights were on as well, so you could actually see everyone, which leads you to feel as if you are not alone! You are with people. I liked the traditional hymns along with some of the contemporary songs, but even so, they were songs that had meaning and a message vs. repudiative phrases that goes on and on. We were visiting from out of country and it was nice to be back in our home country and in a good traditional church, and it just seems that is what our country needs most right now. I’m sure we’ll visit again

When I attended your 10AM service today, I enjoyed the choir's uplifting voices and hymnals and contemporary songs mix. The pastor was very informative about communion and why we take it, reverent. He also has a great voice, like the pitch of Willy Nelson. People were welcoming at the front desk. The thing is, before service, there was a service dog that was about "5 ft" away that looked up at me and and was defensive, which he scolded it for. The owner explained it doesn't like it when people hold their hands out. I remember looking at it and saying "hi puppy," on the soft side. So, that's why I said, "did I do that?," nicely." But, if a dog is known to react like that, I would hope they'd be on a leash (by law), especially in large amounts of people all at once; And even more importantly, because children come with their families to service before class dismissal. And, they are really likely to put their hands out, and crouch down before the dog has had a chance to smell them (it helps), which I said "that's good," to owner, that this dog did with me, after the scolding by its owner, but still not on leash, which made me a little nervous at that point though. I've known you are not to touch service dogs, so why would I hold my hands out? There were alot of people around the dog. The owner was talking to someone with the dog facing my direction, but not him from what I remember. Still really enjoyed your service!
