Solicited this company to perform minor repair on fire suppression system that they manage bi annually The only component protruding from the ceiling was galvanized metal steel I was informed that if it was attached to polybutylene which didn’t seem likely that they would not be able to service it I was curious because they maintain this equipment how they would not know that but I agreed to have them inspect the project I was told that the galvanized metal was connected to polybutylene and then they issued a $500 bill I believe the service technician was on site for about four minutes. I am a general contractor I have never posted a review but here you go who knows maybe I’ll see if someone else from grotesque incompetence
