Great service from a really kind young man that went out of his way to help my elderly father. My dad loves golf and loves buying golf clubs. He went in looking for a specific club - 3 wood, senior shaft. Van's didn't have it in the brands he wanted, but the salesman found a Ping that fit the specs. He encouraged my dad to test it on their "range" where he could analyze the performance. When, the salesman found out my dad had his clubs in the car, he asked if Dad want to compare the one he had to the Ping. In the end, my dad found out the Ping wouldn't make much difference in his game. He was so happy with the service, integrity, helpfulness, and kind words of the salesman. We didn't leave with a club, this time, but bought new balls, tees and found a "favorite" store. This was a stark contrast to the experience we had just had at snotty, service-less PXG store in Mesa. Good job Van's!
