If I could give a zero I would my boyfriend had court yesterday because the D.A is pressing chargers against him because we are 3 years apart in age no one in my family asked for this and we told them we didn’t want this my parents allowed me and him to be together and we had a baby this year and she passed away off of sids and the next 3 days they put this on him and when he went to court the lawyer told the judge about our baby and that we need each other right now and the judge didn’t care she yelled it’s the law she’s 17 didn’t even let his lawyer talk and she put a protective order of no contact what so ever when he’s never done anything to me and what’s sad is my boyfriend is my supporter and he’s basically the only person I talk to when I need to and now I don’t even have him by my sad and he can’t even see his baby that’s coming on the way and now I have to be a single teen mom no one wanted this for him and what this judge did was not fair at all even the D.A was surprised on the way she acted and all other lawyers that were in there

Even during this crazy pandemic this courthouse is ensuring everyone’s safety and service. This is a somewhat lengthy review in two parts, but I feel it’s all worth mentioning as our justice center workers are doing their best to assist our community. Part 1: Today, I was reporting fo jury duty a few days early due to work circumstances. After waiting in line at the front of the courthouse, an officer and clerk exited and asked if anyone was there for traffic violations. Once a few people identified that that was the reason they were there, the officer informed them that they needed to schedule online or call in. One man became very disgruntled and angry about not knowing about these protocols and proceeded to insult the clerk about this lack of communication/knowledge. I was impressed at the officer’s calm and concise behavior to deescalate the situation: he told the man that this is the information they have for him and to please not insult the clerk when she is simply telling him how to proceed. Although the man was still upset and started to leave the line mumbling under his breath about this “bulls***,” this officer and clerk maintained their composure and ensured everyone was being assisted. Part2: Once I reached the clerk I informed her that I was there to serve jury duty. She informed me that I needed to go to the back entrance to the courthouse and I was on my way. Once the kind security guard let me through I went into the jury assembly room only to find no one there. No clerks or other jurors. I was a little surprised, but given that it was a Friday I figured it was just a slow morning. After waiting a few minutes I went back to the security guard and asked if there were any jury clerks that could help me because no one was in the room. He immediately called someone to assist me and told me to wait in the assembly room. I was barely waiting 5 mins when a woman appeared, Hailey Erickson, the division manager, wow! I told her I was there to try and serve my jury duty a few days early and she tried calling for a clerk. After a few minutes she informed me that since I had been waiting since 7:30, that I could leave and they would call me when the clerk arrived to let me know whether I needed to come back and serve. After all that, I was out of the courthouse by 7:58 and felt these people were working hard and doing there best to accommodate everyone. Thank you Southwest Justice Center, you all are doing a great job!

I was sadly convicted of the most bogus "crime" in Southwest injustice center. These so-called people have stripped away my life and thousands of others i can assume, and at least dozens of others i know from first and second-hand accounts. I won't mince my words. Divert or misdirect you. I was literally convicted, not in a trial, mind you, but because of the fact that the system does not care about guilt or innocence, yet convictions, but of grabbing my own girlfriend's posterior. Allegedly without her consent. Of course, it was not, nor would have ever been proven, which is why they had to threaten me to take this plea BARGAIN. So now I'm going to pay for a crime that not only did i not commit, but a minor crime that even if I had committed and thus convicted, should not have been more than 25hrs of community service at the most. Andy Dick, the actor. The Hollywood actor had literally committed the exact same "crime" but with a complete stranger AND she was underage, and in a public place, and was charged at this same exact jail, yet received nothing near the sentence I've had to endure. It's been 12yrs since the ordeal and every single day is like diving deeper into the pits of hell. If there is a lawyer who's willing to help me overturn my conviction or give me legal advice on anything pertaining to getting a second chance at living a normal life, please contact me here. I've had probation officers, sheriffs, police, other legal figures all telling me that i was wrongfully convicted and yet i still can't escape from this case. I'm sure I'm not the only one but I do know that there's not a judge or DA on planet Earth that has a son, nephew or cousin, etc that has had to face persecution the way I've had to, simply because I couldn't afford decent representation. They wouldn't allow their loved ones to take such a crappy deal and quite frankly, nobody on this planet should. Even the "Stanford rapist" case, where a man was caught raping a woman behind a dumpster, didn't get as harsh as a penalty as me. I may just leave this country and return to one where the government treats it's citizens fairly, and not like they're all criminals.

probably not. Print it to an adobe file (PDF).
can I put myself on the calendar online or over the phone?
How to reschedule
You can either call the station or court house, or you can go and walk in and check
if you committed your crime in riverside county, the charge remains here. You have to ask the court to move it.
I'm not sure but I do know that court house is open mon-fri 7am-2pmi went to kiosk and I believe traffic was on there
