Five stars for the staff! Especially Mrs. Sandra she has been very helpful in finding the right unit for me! I had two units on top floor which is NOT climate controlled! It’s air cooled and the air well…never seems to cool Down it’s usually around 90° and this is at night when I usually arrive Soo the temperature won’t be as high but it is and that’s even after it’s dark … so if it will be cooler and it’s not but Sandra has helped me find a great solution since In their climate co don’t get to do climate control because the bigger units are rented for me at the moment so now I’m on the bottom floor which is like 30° cooler all day then the top floor thank you thank you Sandra for being patient and helping me find a solution to the heat

I was in need of a storage space and after sifting though many storage facilities and their reviews, I came across Extra Space Storage. They had awesome reviews and so I decided to give them a try. They lived up to the reviews and beyond. 1st let me say how clean the office as well as the grounds and storage units are. I was pleasantly surprised.The prices for the units are the best and it’s I n a convenient location. To add to my experience, the customer service that I receive from “Sandra & Christian are unmatched. They are friendly, courteous and always go above and beyond their job. It’s customer service like this that will always bring people back. I am happy in my decision to choose this “Extra Space Storage” location. Thank you guys for such a great experience. Very pleased with our experience here. We were enrolled into auto-payments and each payment was followed up with a text and email to keep us in the loop about our storage unit. Front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful, which was a plus. Highly recommend this location.
