This store is very conflicted on whether they want to implement policy or not. Then, they personalize whether they want to buy your clothes or not. Definitely need a better Plato’s somewhere different with different management !

Before my visit I called and asked what they look for when it comes to shoes and she answered my questions told them I would be in to drop things off. No one said I need a reusable container for my donation. At my visit They asked if I sold here before I said no. They ask for my for my ID and say I need to click a link and sign. I don’t have time to read anything because they are rushing me. Nothing is explained of what the process is. The manager walks away. I have to ask when I pick up my items and she says the same day I told her no one told me this. With a stuck up attitude she tells me excuse me but what you just signed states that and you have to be back here in an hour. Don’t appreciate how I’ve been talked to when it’s uncalled for. I’ve said nothing to deserve this.

Don’t sell your clothes here😭I literally brought in jeans and tops I’ve never worn before , just deciding to give them away and they only gave me $23. I told the lady not to look into the other 2 pouches and she looked at me and said okay but when I came back she had taken the perfume and body wash out of the bag I told her not to look in. I let them have it because I was worn out and had other things to do but it’s just unfortunate how they play you.

I love this Plato’s closet. The staff there are extremely nice. 10/10 would recommend shopping here. There’s also a really good variety and selection of clothing! <3
