Ordered “shaved ice” but got “a big chunk of ice”. Picture was taken within 1 min after receiving food, in store. Asked employees in the store, who told me bluntly: “this is how it is with to-gos”, and did not do anything, no refund, no replacement. I ordered to-go only because I would not be able to finish all in store, not because I wanted a huge piece of ice. And for clarity, it is called “shaved ice” for to-go, but just do not expect it to be shaved. Giving 1 star for the food and 0 star for employee response

Services sucks!! They have a free wifi for customers but the service crew doesn't want to give password. Asked for a plastic bag for the to go food they won't provide unless we pay for it.

Meet Fresh not so fresh. More like ‘MEET BURNT’. They burnt my waffle order after a 20+ min wait and the folks that order after us got their order before us. Was also there the night before and they didn’t get one of our order right as well. I hate to give them a bad review but hope they see this and take better care of their service.

The worst customer service and dessert food I have experience in all of Bay Area. I am so beyond disappointed. The menu was completely deceptive in comparison to the actual product. There was literally 20 tapioca balls and a couple of peanuts in my almond soup despite of what the menu offered. Not to mention it took the workers three times to make the egg puff because it was darkened probably due to uncleaniless of the puff maker. After I had requested the first remake, and explained the puffs were for my children, the female worker had given to me uncooked egg puffs, as I requested the remake a second time, the female worker and the male worker rolled their eyes at me as if I was a nuisance. The cashier restated it was due to darkening of the batter which is made no sense. I tried inquiring the way the egg puffs were made and had giving my thoughts why the puff maker created the darkening color and was completely dismissed. I will not be visiting meet fresh again mainly due to the poor interaction with employees. I understand miscommunication/ mistakes will be made as we are all humans but a company that can not demonstrate its ability to be open-minded and understand the perspective of its customer is a company I will not support. There are hundreds of dessert cafe in the Bay Area that would appreciate my business.
