This LensCrafters location has always been my go to. I come here for glasses often and I am always greeted warmly. I went in for a quick nose pad replacement and Annie was super kind and attentive throughout the process. Everyone who works here is great at what they do, it's why I keep coming back!

Absolutely exceptional customer service! I had been going to the LensCrafters on market street because it's closer to where I live but I wasn't happy with the customer experience. My husband has been coming to this one for years and recommended it. I was blown away, e.g. when you call they answer the phone! And they don't put you on hold forever, they take your info and if needed they call you back with the details or email you what you requested, I lost my prescription sunglasses 1 month after buying them, I called the store and in less than 5 minutes they reordered the same ones, no need to go in, they called me when they were ready to be picked up and they emailed me the receipt, when I picked them up the lady remembered me by name and brought them out, nicely displayed on a tray, asked me if any adjustments where needed and I was on my way in less than 2 minutes. I don't remember her name but the lady with long, dark, straight hair, that has sons, was absolutely wonderful, so professional, helpful, friendly, efficient, outstanding service, she made LensCrafters feel like the Ritz!

Great service. Cellie conducted the fitting for the frames I picked. She was very courteous and diligent, which made for a very streamlined experience as a first time customer. They have a smaller selection of frames at this location, but for me that made choosing my frames easier.

I had a good experience as Dr. Christina is very patient in answering my questions related to my prescription, as well as Cellie for guiding me of my coverage on the insurance. Less two stars: (1) Limited selections of frames. I only like one frame out of everything. After changing with prescription lens, it is uncomfortable (“unfit”) and I have to go to another Lenscrafters store and check other frames. The ones I found in their online site is also not available at hand. (2) The frame and lens is more expensive than other stores, and they do not accept price match. The frame I got was discounted at 50% online. I got my insurance allowance, but since my insurance company is under one parent company with Lenscrafters, they are opting you to buy with them so you can claim your insurance instead buying online. Tip: check first online to see if there is any discounts before coming to the shop. It was a mistake for me that I only check after I went home, and there was a 30% off on pair of frame and lens.

You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
