As far as I know, they always accept applications. But then you take your place in line...and wait..and wait.

Individuals have to be over 62 years old, with a gross income of $31,140.00 or less. $35,580.00 gross income for 2 people.

What are the income requirements? Are any exceptions made for the handicapped? I am extremely frustrated with the inability to find an apartment on the first floor or with an elevator since I can not use the steps. I'm 86yrs old with multiple probs.
