The people were the best I've dealt with during this unexpected medical journey. The people treated me as if I was the only sick person on the planet. They were friendly, helpful, respectful and professional. I was scheduled for a bone scan and a CT scan. Initially, I received an injection three hours prior to the bone scan. When the bone scan technician Kali escorted my son and me to the CT scan area, we learned that the machine was down. Knowing I had traveled two hours for the procedures, Banner worked relentlessly to bring the machine online so I could get the procedure done without rescheduling. God was on our side. The CT machine came back online an hour before the bone scan was due. I was able to complete both procedures. Throughout the wait, the Banner staff kept me well informed and comfortable.
