Normally this is a great place but today was a different story. Tried calling about COVID testing with no luck nobody answering phone at all. Thinking they might be super busy so tried multiple times same story no answer. I understand offices can be busy but multiple times in a 2 hour time frame no urgent care is that busy that someone can’t answer a phone. Usually Banner facilities are on top of things guess not here at this facility.

This place was cool but only thing that I had a problem with is with Dr Jacqueline D COOK there was this one provider I don't know his name he kind of look like big warm from Friday that guy's unprofessional and got mad because I was asking questions and when asked a doctor because she said I was getting irritated and asking her to let me know what part of am I being irritating she didn't want to answer should the other guy that look like big warm set I'll take over I'll let you know he didn't even explain anything that guy something else maybe he took a little shot or two but I got is very unprofessional what are you guys hire these people

Da visit was great the doctor n nurses and the assistants were great they were great n explained everything.they were on point wit everything.i was so happy n satisfied wit my visit.i would recommend and return again .I feel sooooo much better after my visit I appreciate every one that attended me ty ty .soo much I felt better after my visit.gb all of them.ty ty.ur employees r sooo wonderful n know wut they r doin.

made an appointment for my 6 month old daughter for 6:20pm, they made us wait over an hour and a half until we were the last people in the waiting area. It seemed as though everyone who was a walk in, was getting to go back before us with an appointment, after an hour and a half I asked the lady at the front desk how much longer it would be, she ignored me! Completely ignored me! The other lady next to her told me they’d call me back in another hour! Why would you not let us know that it would be a much longer wait? I’ve had bad experiences everytime I’ve came here,very unprofessional, ladies at the front are very rude and stuck up, but people in the back are much friendlier!
