I had a great experience buying a used motorcycle from Capital Powersports. All of the staff were helpful and exceptionally friendly. April, my sales rep, was articulate, responsive, and answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. One thing I appreciated was that she was always available when I phoned to asked questions. She kept me up to date on each step of the purchasing procedure. Luther, the service technician, worked hard to add my accessories to the bike and went out of his way to make everything fit perfectly. He did the job right and was a tremendous help. Greg, the finance manager, was very good also and explained all of the sales documents without a high pressure sales pitch. He got things done efficiently and completely. My only regret is that Capital Powersports in not located in the town where I live where I could do business with them more often.

From start to finish I experienced professionalism, knowledgeable staff, personable members, and transparency from the top down. I initially contact Capital Powersports regarding the new 2022 Yamaha XSR900 and was contacted by Mr. Dunn who (pulled back the curtain) to explain the shipping issues, current and future inventory, and helped me get on the waiting list for my bike. I was then introduced to Keagen Potter who took the time to know his customer, keep me informed weekly, until ultimately he called with good news! Upon walking into the business you’re met with good, hard-working folk who genuinely just want to talk “bike” with you. Keagan fast-tracked the paperwork I needed to facilitate the sale, introduced me to Greg Couchis who processed all of the paperwork, and finished by going over every square inch of the bike. He then helped me get it loaded onto my trailer so I could take it home. If you are looking for genuine people who want your business and friendship this is the place for you. I have already recommended them to several friends of mine looking for a Yamaha Tenere 700 and they will have my business again in the future.

Just bought my first new bike from here. Great people. They really made the buying experience fun. They were not pressuring me to buy a warranty either. Which I do like a lot. So thank you all for the experience. If I ever choose to purchase another bike in the future, this dealership is my first choice!

They really treat you with excellent service. From parts, to service, to finance, every department introduced themselves answered every question and made sure we were taken care of.
