This place is the epitome of why people shop online. Out of the four times, I’ve been in there busy or not the owner was the only one who has ever said hello and asked what I needed anything on the first visit. On my fourth visit just trying one more time, no one even noticed I was looking around(yes people were doing nothing behind the counter and some were busy), all needed was the price on the jl w6 10” Wedge and a jl 800 watt amp along with 1/0 gauge wiring kit and a midrange power cell… I hate shopping on line and like to support local businesses, but you must have customer service… walking out told one of the employees “ you should say hi to people walking in , you just lost out on a 2000 dollar sell (if not more)” he shrug and oh sorry and kept walking…

I recently took my BMW M2 to this shop and had an aftermarket amp and 12" sub installed. I chose this shop specificity because of the google ratings/reviews it had. When I went in, my initial interaction was... rough.. I suspect they get a lot of dead end interactions and sales burn out is a thing. I get it. Also I know what its like to do retail in technical fields. I cut sales people slack having done it myself in the past, customers can be terrible sometimes. After some back and forth they figured out what I wanted, gave me the bid and scheduled the day. Dropped the car off on the day, it was ready that same day. Took it hope, didn't work after it turned off. Took it back... and they worked on it more.. took it home again, same thing. Each time the shop was very apologetic swapping parts, pieces and having the JL audio company on the phone. These guys put in some serious work to get this going for me. Turned out it was some crazy signal detection problem involving my M2s internal features mixing with the AMP. BMW does some crazy engineering for random things. Its all working now and 5 stars for these guys staying committed to making it work.

Excellent customer service. Good stock of parts, had everything I needed in stock! Very knowledgeable, and the go to place for any 12v car accessories.

Chris Timberlake did an awesome job on a security system install for our daughter's car! Everything was clean and back in place when he finished. Chris was friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to help us with an unrelated issue - which he fixed in less than 2 minutes. We will definitely be back for our next install - already looking at things to add on our next visit. Thanks, Chris!

Yes we do
We practice social distancing as much as possible and when we cannot we wear masks. If at anytime a customer wants us to wear a mask even with social distancing we will gladly put one on. Our installers wear masks during the install while in the vehicle and we have spare masks if someone needs one. We clean all commonly touched surfaces throughout the day as well.
Yes. We are real. The link has been hacked and we are trying to get it fixed. Apologies.
Raul, Thank you for contacting us. Do you have the regular sized radio or the one that is long from top to bottom? Also, do you know if that car's trim package is also maybe a C,V, Gen 2 or Gen3? Thanks, Tracie

No.
That all depends on what product you choose. Anywhere from $900 and up to a few thousand
They do but hourly isn't too bad for the work, they are open and honest for the time management wise. A lot of options for starters as well!
