There is ice, but it is not open to public skating. Mainly private plickup hockey and figure skating programs. Opens to public Nov 1 to Mar 31.

According to the City of Syracuse website. Open slate is 12-3 PM. Skate rentals are $3. Friday and Saturday's are the only evening open skates. Check the site for more info
