Went in because my sunroof was stuck open. They said they were understaffed and wouldn't be able to get me in for 5 days. Even though he was busy he tried to at least help me out if he could. He took a look at it. Called a friend that worked at Ford. Found out it was a "known" problem that I should take it to the dealership because if he touched it they would not honor warranty. I really appreciated the honesty!

A scheduled appointment at 9am for two tire replacements could not be given a time frame for completion earlier than close (5pm) We were expected to drop everything and come pick up the car when it was ready (early) despite not being able to get back to the facility in time. Investing in a lock box so customers can pick up their vehicle after hours would be a simple solution to the frustrations experienced with the inability to give accurate completion times.

We have been coming here for 6 years and they are so nice and helpful. Even when they are short-staffed (as everywhere is right now), they are very respectful of your time and let you know to drop off or wait for your car. Great staff!

Claimed I needed a new battery, overcharged me for a battery much smaller than my previous battery, and didn't mount the new battery in properly. I was at a gas station, and my car won't start. Turns out my battery terminal came off while it was sliding around. Now I had to adjust my battery terminals at a gas pump so my car would start. Update: Talked to them about it and they said it was under warranty and would replace it. They replaced the battery with a proper one mounted it correctly.
