NEED TO TAKE MORE CLASSES ALONG WITH THE CARRIER WHO LEFT A SUBLIMINAL MESSAGE IN MY MAILBOX!! WHERE DO YOU FIND THESE PPL AT THIS POST OFFICE APPARENTLY! FYI IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB..DO THE GENERAL PUBLIC A MAJOR FAVOR SEEK ANOTHER ONE!!

I mailed a certified letter, which has a tracking number, from Wake Forest and was told to expect a 3 day delivery to Virginia. 12 days later the letter has not arrived at its destination. I asked the supervisor at the WF branch where the letter was because the tracking information only says "in transit." They had no additional details. Turns out the tracking number is useless for actually tracking where anything is during transit, says the super. The question I asked the supervisor was, "So if I actually want a package tracked during shipment, I should use FedEx or UPS?" The answer I was given is "Yes." Another regular letter mailed to the same destination in VA was already received and replied to. = = = = = = = = = = This postal branch was built and staffed to handle a town of 5,000 not 50,000. I'm sure they try, but they seem overwhelmed. The place is a mess, disorganized, staff cannot find packages, the phone is rarely if ever answered. UPS uses them for the "last mile" delivery and God help you if the carrier puts a delivery attempt notification in the wrong mailbox. I've left 3 written instructions to deliver a package of medical supplies I've been trying to get for a week. Still no package. UPS says "USPS problem, contact them." If only. I pay for shipping and delivery, so how is it my problem to figure out why the last-mile USPS delivery chain is broken so badly? Finally resorted to re-ordering the supplies through a FedEx delivery system. Where did my original order end up? Who the heck knows.

Our either new or relief carrier in Wake Forest has folded and stuffed a hardcover book my wife ordered for a college class, bending the cover, and no longer delivers large packages to our door, only leaving them at the foot of our mailbox beside the road. Cannot even get someone to answer the phone at the Post Office to launch a complaint.

Our last postal carrier was excellent, but the one we’ve had for the last couple of months is kind of terrible. He skips pick up requests, delivers neighbors’ mail to us and our mail to neighbors, and does stuff like this picture when he doesn’t feel like walking all the way to our front door. I’ve tried to complain to the post office, but no one ever answers the phone. Very frustrating and disappointing

Amazon prime week and some carriers has to run two routes.
The post office is Government run and when the Government does things they are not done to a private competition standard.
Hours are posted online.
Yes you can, but the mail notice would never get delivered.
You might want to contact the PO directly. I have a hunch the employees aren't logging in to google/google maps to answer questions. They likely dont have access to do so. You're just complaining to random people on line. You'd have the same outcome if you just shouted your concerns out of your window on Green Farm Lane.
