The staffs were extremely nice, polite, and timely and despite having a lot of returns they helped me very efficiently. I was really worried my returns don’t go through and that I have to take them back with me home in this cold weather. I suggest if you have to use a UPS store for returns to check this branch. The store was also extremely clean and well-maintained. Would do business with them again. I went there on Sunday and now they are open until 3pm on Sundays. They literally followed the instructions given by amazon and didn’t give me a hard time at all. Everything went super smoothly.

I Don’t recommend this UPS store. This place is not a normal UPS store in my mind. I just want shipped a small books to Indiana, I already packaged the book and sealed. I was so shocked it cost me nearly 13 dollars for a ground shipping. When I asked the manager what is the weight for it, he told me that information is on my email. But actually it is not after I checked the email. I just so surprised about why there is only several numbers to describe the item that I want to ship. Other than that numbers are the tracking number and ground commercial characters. It didn’t list why charge me 12.48 dollars.
