My husband needed a freehub body for his Stan's wheel. The one he needed was out of stock everywhere in the United States, except for here. I spoke with someone in the store who said I could have it if I came to pick it up, because this was not an item they shipped. Wheelworks is a four-hour drive from where I live, but I was desperate to get this, so I ordered it online on a Sunday evening. I called the store on Monday to see when it would be ready for pickup, and explained to the online order associate that I had an 8-hour round-trip commute, so I was trying to plan it to be there as soon as possible. He told me they were getting the order ready and would send me a text to let me know. Five minutes later he called back and told me he would be willing to ship it if I paid the postage. Two days later the part arrived in the mail! I am grateful beyond words for their above and beyond customer service. They made my day! What a wonderful company!

Today, 07JUN, was probably the 10th or so time I've visited this establishment for service. I have routinely brought in 5 different brand bicycles for service here. They do not seem to sell any of the 5 brands I brought to them; however, they have never turned me away and have always done the job right the first time. Services range from basic wheel truing, all-out tune-ups, and even welding metal frames. The entire service team is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Good selection of quality bikes and great service. I came in shortly before close to buy a bike and the staff was very helpful even though I ended up being there past close. Fair prices for a LBS. I'll definitely be back for parts and servicing.

They are mainly dealers of Specialized, but still have a huge variety of bicycles and related accessories. This is a one stop shop for any and everything related to bicycles. In bikes you can find Mountain, Hybrid, Cross, Gravel, Road & Electric. The staff is very cooperative and provide very good advice.
