It is great to finally be able to skate during COVID. We just started lessons for our kids. There are available times for public skating which you have to reserve in advance, and some are more crowded than others but well within COVID guidelines. There is space for changing but you are not allowed to hang around and watch due to COVID.

Yes, you need a day pass or a rec membership to skate at the Belmont rink. Note that this rink is only open from Nov - Mar.
