Couple of years ago East Coast sold me a used VW fob that saved me a hundred dollars. In the first six months the chip broke loose and East Coast fixed it no charge. Same thing happened this week, and East Coast again secured the chip no charge. You could say they sold me a bad fob, but I'm the one who decided to go with a pre-owned one. The fact that they are standing behind it two years later is worth five stars to me

Rude and dishonest. I called for the price to replace a Subaru car key, giving the year and model. I was quoted $150. I was never told that this was only "an estimate." When I arrived, I was told the price would be $200. Allegedly, the price I'd been quoted was only "an estimate. The assistant, with whom I was dealing, was rude. The owner, who refused to identify himself, more so. An honest business would have told me up front if, in fact, the quoted price wasn't firm. Alternatively, they would have honored the price quoted.
