This orange theory is the best one! Shout out to Coach Karina, who went out of her way to make me feel cared for. I have diabetes and when my sugars were going low she made sure someone went to grab me Gatorade. This is the difference between a typical OTF and an exceptional one. The personal touch and awareness of people’s health needs. They also are super accessible via text, and help you out last minute if you need something! I will only come back to this branch from now on.

Never thought I’d belong to Orangetheory Fitness, but when it opened across the street from me I had to check it out. I’m glad I did. OTF Belmont provides a well rounded workout led by terrific coaches who always push me to do my best. There’s a new workout every time I go so it never gets boring. The staff make an extra effort to get to know all the members. Would give it 10 stars if I could!

Decent workouts. I like the amount of cardio and strength exercises mixed in. Good intensity. The heart rate monitoring is a good motivator for pushing yourself. The heart rate monitor is very expensive. The class membership is pretty expensive too without the deals. They have a 8 classes/month option which is not enough and then the unlimited option which isn't justified in the price. I wish they had 12 classes/month membership option. Also wish they had barbell movements included in the programming.

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels.
